The bathroom was absolutely gorgeous with a huge shower with a glass door and a huge sink. Housekeeping brought up a replacement within minutes of my calling. Keep in mind you are definitely one of the few.. Their foods is also overly priced. Stayed in a king room on the 5th floor. They say, "Stay, Play and Win" and "Pays Big". The room is spacious. They give hotel stays, but if you don't spend a lot of money to get at least a $75 -100 reward play you will get a hotel stay for Sunday - Thursday (no options for the weekend). Not! Go there and look around and you will see all of the desperate people chasing their money (if they have any left) hoping that things will change as far as payouts. They do not have microwaves to warm up food in a standard room or anywhere in the casino unless you upgrade to a suite for a lot more $. more. Now you have to take a spin on a wheel and hope you don't only get $5. They also clean out the machines early in the morning so if you finally find a machine that is actually letting you play - watch out! It fluctuates because the hard earned points you earned with money will drop the amount of your comp if you use it to play, purchase items, or use a coupon offer. I would have given this a 5 star rating, but unlike most other casino hotels I've stayed at (both in Wisconsin and other states), Potawatomi does not give and incentives with room, other than a reduced rate. The room had a mini refrigerator along with a coffee maker and bottled water. I was pleasantly surprised by how lovely the room was at Potawatomi Hotel & Casino.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms are very nice, bright and clean. I liked the bathroom especially. Not many rooms have windows without this in them. The bed was very confortable. Staff does not know what's open and for how long. The hotel is relatively new and very modern and comfortable.
This place was said to be the worst paying casino in the United States according an article that was posted on the internet. Most places give free play money and/or food coupons, etc.

They are less than a year old, so that could explain why it was in such good shape. We asked for a room on the East side which faces the lake and we were able to obtain one on the 12th Floor. I really like a place that has a makeup mirror in the bathroom. The room has a king size bed, a lounge chair by the windows. It is very smokey, so bring clothes that are ok to get smokey but the hotel is great! This is how the hotel was built. The room was very modern and updated.
