As much as I love i. t there, I'd call the board of health right in front of them and I'd demand to see proof of corrective action on all rooms with reports of these bugs. AC worked but it was just a hotter/colder dial, so I had no idea what temp I was setting it at. This place is a shithole! I stayed at the Water Club on June 10-12 2013. Me and my fiance were comp'd, room 2401. she was always concerned, and the first night checked the bed. Nobody at the hotel seemed too shocked. On the second night of our stay, we put on the light by our bed and a bed bug was sitting there on the pillow! The Water Club isn't located on the beach, but does offer a total of five pools and a shuttle during summer months to a local beach. When we stayed in January, I found an adult bedbug on the floor in the morning. Both for my peace of mind and for the sake of future Borgata visitors, I decided Id like to see a copy of our room inspection, and to ask the Customer Resolution Coordinator to find out if the hotel had inspected the various rooms wed spent time atespecially, of course, the casinos. So, if you stay in a hotel ANYWHERE, invest in bed bug spray and vacuum out the luggage. Guests have access to the casino, restaurants, and nightlife of the attached Borgata -- but have their own exclusive amenities, including five adults-only heated pools and a serene two-story Immersion spa. I mean OVERLY concerned. Luckily, he only saw signs of them in my bedroom. I'm extremely worried that these bugs have been brought home on his clothes. This sunny space is open for coffee, light meals, tapas, and cocktails. ages due to the egregiousness of this casino's actions by ignoring customer complaints and failing to clean their bed bug problems. While similar in taste to the Borgata, rooms at The Water Club are more up to date. Good try on the cheating boyfriend remark.
