Smells very womanly to me, particularly after it develops on me, becoming warmer, muskier and spicier (although maintains a floral sweetness) making it much more seductive than the initial fresh, flirty fruitiness, so I personally see it as an evening out perfume. Really not that bad for a mainstream perfume. I swear, it smelled like OFF bug spray. It can be worn during the day, out for dinner or for a romantic evening. I love True Love! I don't get the similarity to alien at all but it's amazing nonetheless. I can detect bitter almond although this is not stated and liquorice. Another thing, is i was filled with memories of childhood and i think it was memories of teh origional red door, which was popular when i was young. Soft, delicat, musky scent. After about 1-2 hours on my skin there is definitely a soft resemblance to Alien, but don't go buying this hoping to smell of Thierry Mugler. An elegant one really.
