My concerns here are does heat work like load stress where it is better to spread the load efficiently through multiple stress points vs. concentrating all the stress to one point (hope that made sense). The PID is basically a thermostat, it reads the temperature inside the oven using a thermocouple, then it tells the elements to turn on or off through either a contractor or a solid state relay. If you are going through all of the trouble to build the oven, I highly recommend building or buying a control box as well. Using an equation I found, it came out to 1,700cfms but I don't know how accurate that is since the equation did not include the amount of air changes per hour or anything like that.
