Bought a shed from this place. Extremely pleased with my whole experience with Recreation Unlimited. Descriptions and photos were quite good, and we wound up getting what we expected. When in doubt seek Recreation Unlimited out. We added a couple custom options (an extra slide so they can race, an extension that added 2 extra swings so our 4 kids can all go at the same time) and everyone was very helpful! I immediately went outside to check to see if everything was okay. However, they found what they could control and worked their hardest to get their customers taken care of. Quality products and great selection. I just purchased my first spa from here. Good communication. We combed it over and found no reason for concern. I added, "Since you're the one asking, do you have any other ideas for how I can prove this to you?". Tues-Sat 10am - 6pm EST | Sun-Mon: Closed. He saved the day by correcting the poor prep work that I did. We had looked in our area (2 hours away) and couldnt find anything we really liked. I would highly recommend anyone to work with her! Been waiting 10 weeks for a cabin & still waiting! Very happy with the service we received. Work was done quickly and correctly, the crews cleaned up after themselves. We ended up getting a $100 coupon in the mail, so I would say it was worth it.As to durability, I cannot speak to it yet. The sales team was great to work with through the entire process which was mad a difficult process because of the pandemic but we ended up with an excellent spa. After some consideration, I responded with what I believed was a reasonable offer: a signed statement from me, my wife, and our contractor (who represents a multi-million dollar company) stating that the gouges were not present prior to Theo's arrival. Prompt courteous! BECAUSE THEY TAKE THEIR TIME TO DO IT RIGHT!!! We couldnt believe only one guy was doing it!Please share with the building crew that the construction is impeccable. I am sorry but my decision is final. The problem was reported in March, and it is now mid-August. I almost bought a 54" backboard but ended up buying a 60" backboard and I am happy I did. Finally decided to take the "plunge" and went to Recreation Unlimited. We had a great experience with Recreation Unlimited. Highly recommended. Very great sales team and installation team. Sales staff was friendly and helpful. We needed to replace an old shed. A couple of phone calls to ensure it was what we were interested in and we were ready to buy. We are very happy with the end product. Incredible! We had our kids with us each time we visited and she was extremely patient with us since our kids love running around and being kids. We couldnt be more pleased with the experience and with our new Swim Spa. Installation was on time and went smoothly. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Bought a basketball goal from RU. Will recommend both Jackie & Recreation Unlimited to anyone interested in a new spa. Its embarrassing. I have been buying from them for several years and find they have a very helpful staff, an amazing showroom, and the highest equipment from brands like Goalrilla, Spring Free, and Woodplay. Mike in the installation area sent out Brad and Josh to set it up exactly the way we wanted it. The installers arrived for the install on time (actually, a few minutes early) to install the base. But yet they have had the payment in full from the tine of the order. We had a section of fence removed, a gravel base put down the shed delivered and the fence replaced. It was exactly the right size and looks great in my backyard. At the time of purchase, they walked me through the installation requirements and told me the installation team would be in touch to setup an installation date. A security camera wouldn't pick up on the gouges; I would have needed high resolution slow motion video or something crazy like that. Professional from start to finish. You can definitely count on Recreation Unlimited for excellent service and fair prices. I received no satisfaction for a faulty product that was put together and after first use cracked. Used with companion Frog Bromine Cartridges. Most recently we purchased and had installed a basketball goal. Recreation Unlimited was incredibly professional and easy to do business with. Let me tell you, these two gentlemen who came to install our new playset were so sweet and worked so hard ALL DAY. Highly recommend this company for its prompt professionalism in every aspect. In the pouring rain, the two gentlemen that were installing it, were installing it as though it was for their own kids. The customer service team was very easy and pleasant to work with. Very patient through all the questions. wonderful cant wait to have the hot-tub in our backyard. We're very happy with our purchase. Shop around as you might a lower Apple to Apple price elsewhere. Ask for Roger for installation otherwise avoid their installation services. Linzi and Alicia were so kind and understanding through our waiting. Overpriced but good service, they will contact you for years after you come see them. Company made it impossible for a return/refund said follow up with warranty from company even though I refuse to trial another product from the company. Very frustrating! I would def recommend and purchase from them again. Something went wrong. And he spent as much time as necessary to make sure the shed was level in both directions. We are super happy with our Goalrilla goal and our 3 boys love playing every day! Great experience here. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a shed for their property. It has a powerful water spray that fully cleans filters when combined with spray cleaner. From the initial visit at Recreation Unlimited all the way to delivery and setup, every person we worked with was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We purchased a spa from RU in early October. Both installers were friendly and polite to my family. Jackie in sales was kind, professional, easy to work with and helped us find the perfect fit. When u say u are going to return a customers call shortly & never do that's not good customer service either! AGE DISCRIMINATION MUCH? Im sure it will require some normality maintenance. They were really nice and professional, even during COVID.Overall, great experience. We called to ask for help if anyone could come assess and Recs gave us the number to a demolition coordinating service. lead time given and oh boy if you are sent to the GM Alicia then you are doomed that girl has no clue what she is talking about!
